At Vanguard Uniforms, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the information below to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must also be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Body Armor
  • Hard Body Armor
  • Leather Belts

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
