Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must also be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Body Armor
- Hard Body Armor
- Leather Belts
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
